MEET TICA
In 2021, Tica launched her esthetics business from scratch with nothing but a vision and determination.
In a short time, she built it into a six-figure spa brand with two studio locations, one in Parkland (PGCC) and one in Fort Lauderdale and a growing line of signature skincare products, proving that with the right strategy, systems, and mindset, rapid growth is possible.
The journey wasn’t easy. From wearing multiple hats to mastering pricing, branding, marketing, and client acquisition, Tica faced the same challenges many estheticians experience. Through trial, error, and refinement, she developed the exact methods that allowed her to scale sustainably and position herself as a trusted name in luxury skincare.
Today, her mentorship is her way of guiding ambitious beauty professionals to build profitable, elevated businesses and showing them how to grow from zero to six figures with clarity, confidence, and authority.
